Planar JSC and КВТЕМ-ОМО JSC have merged |

Planar Joint Stock Company and КВТЕМ-ОМО Joint Stock Company are pleased to announce that both companies have entered into the merger agreement as of February 03, 2020.
The merge of Planar JCS with КВТЕМ-ОМО JCS further strengthens position of both companies in the semiconductor special technology equipment market. This partnership is expected to result in greater efficiencies and significant increase of the market share.
КВТЕМ-ОМО JSC existing R&D and manufacturing infrastructure will operate under Planar JSC name and КВТЕМ-ОМО trade mark will be continued. All rights and obligations related to previously made contracts with КВТЕМ-ОМО Joint Stock Company are transferred to Planar Joint Stock Company.
КВТЕМ-ОМО JSC which is renamed to Planar JSC, is now the major company of PLANAR Research and Production Holdings for Precision Engineering.
