General Director

Was born in Minsk in 1955.
In 1977 he graduated from the Minsk Institute of Radio Engineering, where his speciality was: automatic control systems.

Sergei Avakov began his career at KBTEM (Planar Corporation) in 1984 and has been working on development of the equipment for automatic inspection of planar structures layout.

He held positions of chief designer, head of laboratory, head of department, assistant chief engineer for electronics at KBTEM-OMO, technical director for Planar Corporation, chief designer of the inspection and measurement equipment at KBTEM-OMO.

He has been director of the company since 2007; in his post he supervises development of the automatic inspection systems.

In 2001 he was awarded the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus for the work on development and adoption in production of a competitive suite of precise equipment used for manufacture of high-precision master patterns of the electronics products.

In 2008 Sergei Avakov defended his thesis on "Automatic inspection of submicron planar structures layout used in the microelectronics production" and received his Doctor of Engineering in "Technology and equipment for semiconductors, materials and electronic device manufacture".

The author of over 100 publications, including 15 monographs, over 48 articles in scientific journals, 7 patents of the Republic of Belarus (2 copyright certificates).

From September 2019, he is holding the position General Director of Planar JSC.

Was born in 1956 in Vinnitsa, Ukraine.

In 1979 he graduated from the Minsk Institute of Radio Engineering, where his speciality was: design and production of radio equipment.

Since 1979 till 2011 he worked at Scientific and Production Enterprise "Integral" as: engineer, foreman, senior process engineer, deputy shop foreman, chief engineer of the factory, director of the factory, deputy general director, technical director, chief engineer of the subdivision "Factory of semiconductor devices" of JSC Integral.

Since 2011 till February 2020 he worked as marketing director of KBTEM-OMO.

PhD in Technical Sciences.

The author of 5 Monographs (including "Chemical processing in IC technology" and "Electrostatic  Charge in electronics"), 47 articles in scientific magazines, over 50 publications in scientific conferences materials, 20 patents of the Republic of Belarus and Russia.

From February 2020 - Deputy General Director for Marketing and Sales.

Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance

Was born in 1986 in Minsk.
In 2008 graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University with a degree in accounting, analysis and audit.
From 2008 on assignment he worked as the chief accountant of the Minsk Bearing Plant.
Since August 2015, he has been working as a leading accountant at KBTEM-OMO JSC.
Since December 2015 - Chief Accountant of KBTEM-OMO.
In 2016, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus issued a certificate of a professional accountant.
Since February 2020 till September 2022 - Chief Accountant of Planar JSC .
From September 2022 - Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance of Planar JSC .

Deputy Chief Engineer

Was born on April 25, 1981 in Grodno.

In 2004 he graduated from the Belarusian National Technical University with a degree in Intelligent Devices, Machines, Technologies and Production, qualification of an engineer of intelligent technologies. Bachelor of Engineering Science.

In 2014 he completed a postgraduate study at the Belarusian National Technical University in the specialty "Devices, systems and medical products", was awarded the scientific qualification "Researcher" in the field of technical sciences.

Since 2004 he worked as a process engineer of the second category in the Production Republican Unitary Enterprise "ELECTRONMASH PLANT".

Since 2006 - Head of the Laboratory for Testing Products for Cardiac Surgery, since 2010 - Head of the Laboratory for Testing Products for Cardiac Surgery - Assistant Director for Ideological Work.

In 2014 he was appointed chief engineer of the open joint-stock company "ELECTRONMASH PLANT"of the scientific and production holding of precision engineering" Planar ".

In March 2019, he was transferred to the Planar JSC for the position of Deputy Chief Engineer.

From 2019 - he was appointed Deputy Chief Engineer of the Planar JSC.
