Sergey Avakov

Director

Was born in Minsk in 1955.

In 1977 he graduated from the Minsk Institute of Radio Engineering, where his speciality was: automatic control systems.  

Sergei Avakov began his career at KBTEM (Planar Corporation) in 1984 and has been working on development of the equipment for automatic inspection of planar structures layout. He held positions of head of laboratory, head of department, assistant chief engineer for electronics at KBTEM-OMO, technical director for Planar Corporation, chief designer of the inspection and measurement equipment at KBTEM-OMO. He has been director of the company since 2007; in his post he supervises development of the automatic inspection systems.

In 2000 he was awarded the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus for the work on development and adoption in production of a competitive suite of precise equipment used for manufacture of high-precision master patterns of the electronics products.

In 2008 Avakov defended his thesis on Automatic inspection of submicron planar structures layout used in the microelectronics production and received his Doctor of Engineering in Technology and equipment for semiconductors, materials and electronic device manufacture.

He has got 7 patents, 96 publications

MATJUSHKOV VLADIMIR

Deputy director - Chief Engineer
 
Was born in Vitebsk in 1946.
In 1968 he graduated from the Byelorussian State University, where his speciality was: radio physics and electronics.
After graduating he worked as assistant - researcher at the Institute of Physics of Academy of Science of Byelorussian Republic, defended candidate dissertation.
He works at  KBTEM-OMO since 1975 as chief of laboratory of laser systems. In 1987 head of optical department, 1988 head of scientific and technical complex of opto mechanic and of inspection and measurement equipment.
Since 1991 director of KBTEM-OMO R&D, since 1992 vice-president of Planar concern, director of KBTEM-OMO. The head of some optiko-design  developments of opto-mechanical equipment, including joint developments with Samsung (Korea) and SPEI (China).
In 1998 he was appropriated academic status of Professor on speciality of radio- and microelectronics.
In 2000 he was awarded the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus for the work on development and adoption in production of a competitive suite of precise equipment used for manufacture of high-precision master patterns of the electronics products.
In 2005 - the chairman of the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus 
In 2006 he was awarded Anniversary "10 years from the date of unification of the people of Belarus and Russia", a sign for merits.
In 2009 - chief engineer of KBTEM-OMO UE.
The author of 25 inventions, more than 110 publications, including 4 monographies.

Vladimir Plebanovich

Marketing Director

Vladimir PlebanovichWas born in 1956 in Vinnitsa, Ukraine

In 1979 he graduated from the Minsk Institute of Radio Engineering, where his speciality was: design and production of radio equipment.

Since 1979 till 2011 he worked at Scientific and Production Enterprise Integral as: engineer, foreman, senior process engineer, deputy shop foreman, chief engineer of the plant, director of the plant, deputy of the general director, technical director, chief engineer of the subdivision Plant of semiconductor devices of JSC Integral.

Since 2011 he works as marketing director of KBTEM-OMO.

PhD in Technical Sciences.

The author of Monograph Chemical processing in IC technology and Electrostatic  Charge in electronics, 30 articles in scientific magazines, 50 publications in scientific conferences materials, 20 patents of the Republic of Belarus and Russia

 
Alexander Viskushenko

Chief Inspector

Was born in Minsk in 1955.

In 1978 he graduated from the Minsk Institute of Radio Engineering, where his speciality was: engineering and production of radio equipment.

Viskushenko has been working at KBTEM since 1978. In his career, he has served as design engineer, supervised a number of R&D activities on testing equipment, hold posts of head of the test center, deputy director of quality control.  

From 1997 to 1998 he was chairman of the electromagnetic compatibility commission under the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus .  

Since 2002 Viskushenko has been chief inspector for KBTEM-OMO. He is also company management representative for the ISO 9001 quality management system.

Viskushenko holds 2 inventors certificates and has 134 publications.
